Responsibilities


The Design Review Committee (DRC) is responsible for reviewing all Modification Application submittals and variance requests, as well as for updating the Design Guidelines (PDF). DRC approval is required before construction commences on any exterior modification outlined in the Design Guidelines.

The DRC, which remains under declarant control, meets at 10:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Association Office. This schedule allows homeowners two opportunities monthly to have Modification Applications reviewed.

Homeowner Representation


In August 2017, the Board of Directors approved a charter for the resident Design Review Committee. Committee members will be appointed in September to serve in an advisory role and learn the committee's processes until design review responsibilities transition from the declarant to the homeowners in January 2018.
