Acacia Grove & Primrose Estates
Homeowners in the Acacia Grove and Primrose Estates neighborhoods become members of the Vistancia Parcels A28 / A29 Community Association, a sub-association of the Vistancia Village A Community Association. Governed by its own Board of Directors, the sub-association collects its own quarterly assessments to fund private alleyway repairs, pool and spa upkeep and maintenance of front-yard and common-area landscaping, among other expenses.

A five-member Board of Directors govern the sub-association, with elections held at an Annual Meeting each April.

As members of the Vistancia Parcels A28 / A29 Community Association, homeowners agree to an added set of rules and regulations enacted to protect the integrity and aesthetic beauty of the neighborhood. These governing documents operate alongside those of the Vistancia Village A Community Association.

Residents of Acacia Grove and Primrose Estates enjoy access to a private pool and spa in Acacia Grove. Similar aquatics amenities will be completed in Primrose Estates soon. These amenities are accessed with a designated Access ID Card issued to residents of the neighborhood.
