Photo Policy

The Association reserves the right to capture photo and video on Association property and common area, including during meetings, club gatherings, classes and events. These photos may be used for marketing purposes and reproduced in print and digital publications and on social media. If you are attending an event and would prefer to not be photographed, please contact an on-site member of the management team.

Individuals wishing to photograph Association amenities for marketing purposes, such as realty listings, are granted permission to do so, if they conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect the reasonable privacy of community residents. Photographers are asked to not include The Village at Vistancia marketing logo in any images.
