Vistancia Maintenance Corporation (VMC)

Preserve & Maintain

The Vistancia Maintenance Corporation exists to preserve and maintain property and amenities benefiting the entire Vistancia master-planned community.

VMC is responsible for the Discovery Trail, the community entrance waterfall, landscaping along major arterial roads and 404-designated washes. VMC is managed by CCMC.

Budget

Because the amenities maintained by VMC are for the benefit of the entire master-planned community, residents of The Village at Vistancia, Blackstone at Vistancia and Trilogy at Vistancia all contribute to the entity's annual operating and reserve budgets.
