Rental Information
MVC Clubhouse
- This room is only rentable Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. The Clubhouse can be rented for half a day or a full day.
- Includes 10 five-foot round tables, seven six-foot rectangular tables, and 100 padded chairs without arms
- This space includes a kitchen, outdoor patio, restrooms, tables, and chairs.
- The capacity limit for Clubhouse: 100.
- Capacity for Patio: 30.
Card & Craft Room
- This room is only rentable Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
- The space includes four collapsible square tables and twelve foldable chairs.
- This space includes restrooms and a kitchen area.
- This space excludes the clubhouse's great room and patio.
- The capacity limit for Card & Craft Room: 25.
Supplies & Equipment
Amenities are rented as-is; tables and chairs cannot be removed from the premises, but renters are welcome to bring their own to supplement what is provided. All Renter must review our rental policies regarding food, beverages, guest conduct, decorations, set up, clean up, etc.
Liquor Liability Insurance
If you plan on having alcohol at your event or gathering, you must secure $250,000 in liquor liability insurance naming Vistancia Village A Community Association as an additional insurer. Proof of policy is due one week before the rental date.
Cleaning Fees
All renters are required to return the facility back to its original condition immediately after the event. In the event the renter has not cleaned the area properly, additional cleaning fees shall be charged.
Variable Costs
Variable costs depend on the cost of the item in need of repair or removal. Any fees or damages to the facilities will be withheld from your security deposit. If damage incurred is of a greater expense than the amount of the security deposit, the Association reserves the right to charge the renter’s homeowner account and/or file a claim with the insurance company listed on the certificate of insurance provided to the Association.
