What do you hope to accomplish as a Board member?

1) Supporting and representing all residents regarding their hopes/dreams/concerns for our lovely community.
2) Networking with management to facilitate positive outcomes within our community.
3) Networking and assisting management in providing the most effective and productive results possible for the community.
4) Assisting in providing the most enjoyable community environment as possible.

What is the best part of living in the Village at Vistancia?

The most enjoyable part of Vistancia is, hands down, community connections.  Second to that is community beauty and upkeep, community management and direction, as well as the fact that we are not over-run with traffic and industrialism.

What are the biggest challenges facing the Vistancia Village A Community Association?

Biggest challenges include recognizing the components, expectations, and understanding of community living; connections with one another within the community; and failure to recognize that management (CCMC) is striving to work in our favor as opposed to being an oppositional force attempting to assert control.
