COVID-19 Community Updates
The health and safety of our residents is important. We've been closely monitoring the recommendations and actions taken to help decrease the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by health and safety organizations.
Information and recommendations are changing daily. All news regarding how the coronavirus (COVID-19) affects residents and the Association business will be communicated as it becomes available. Reopening Plan and Guidelines
Per Governor Ducey's executive order 2020-52, section 1, amenity access will remain adjusted.
General Guidelines
- Residents only - guests are not permitted at this time.
- Physical distancing is required when visiting Clubs. Please refrain from gathering in groups of more than ten people.
- Residents are encouraged to wear masks.
- The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in public spaces.
- Please bring your own sanitization supplies when using amenities.

Association Office
- The Association Office remains closed to visitors and will continue to handle business by phone and email. If you have questions or need help with access ID cards, please email cdoscher@ccmcnet.com.

Current Cancellations and Closures (under further notice)

- In-person events (virtual and socially-distanced events will continue)

The Association cannot guarantee your safety or monitor every situation. If you do participate, you are doing so at your own risk, please follow all the necessary precautions and recommended guidelines outlined by the various experts.
Handling Association Business Virtually
- We are here to answer any questions you might have. Contact staff at 623-215-8646 or via email during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. See Management Team tab below, or visit our Contact Us page for staff emails.
- Modification Applications can be submitted electronically by completing the online Modification Application form.

Virtual Lifestyle Programming
- We're working on organizing virtual classes, clubs, and other activities to keep you connected and motivated while following Arizona's stay-at-home order and the CDC's social distancing recommendations.
