What to Expect During the Election Process

In 2024, members of the Association are electing two (2) Directors for two-year terms. Homeowners will receive the call for candidates and voting information via email, with a physical postcard mailed separately, providing Annual Meeting details.

Following the Call for Candidates email, homeowners can anticipate an official email from Vote HOA Now containing personal voting details, including a unique voter PIN. For more information on what the email will look like and tutorials on how to vote, please see the demonstrational video on this page. The email will be sent to the email listed in the homeowner's HOA Account Portal (distinct from the Constant Contact subscription). If you need to update your account email, please visit It's crucial to receive emails from Vote HOA Now, and in case of any issues locating the PIN, or if an email is not received, homeowners are encouraged to contact the Communications Manager, Cullen Boswell.

The only physical mailing homeowners will receive is the Annual Meeting Notice postcard, with brief information about the Annual Meeting, where to locate the candidate bios and information, and voting instructions (excluding each resident’s unique voter PIN). 

It's worth noting that while digital voting is an option, homeowners can also vote via paper ballot at the Association Office or the night of the annual meeting, or request a ballot via email through the Executive Director. Throughout the election process, regular updates and reminders will be posted on and in our weekly eNews to keep homeowners informed.
