The City of Peoria’s annual HOA Academy will be held from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 3. The program is designed to educate HOA board members, management teams and interested homeowners about maintaining homeowners associations.
The city is partnering with Carpenter Hazelwood Law Firm, and Mulcahy Law Firm for this one-day training course. Course discussions include: The Ins and Outs of the HOA, Most Interesting Cases in 2017, Secrets of Successful Associations, Best Practices and Dealing with Difficult People.
