1. When do I need to submit my Modification Application?

Applications are due by 12 p.m. on the Friday before each Design Review Committee meeting.

2. What determines if I need to submit a Home Modification application to the Design Review Committee?

Any change to the exterior of your home, front yard/side yard/backyard/under the ground or up to the moon must go through the Design Review Committee. When replacing like for like (same species of tree in the same location or replacing broken roof tile with same color/style/texture etc. then that is considered maintenance and not a change. This rule was put in place by the developer before the first house was even built.

3. What do I do if I disagree with the decision by the Committee on my Home Modification Application?

You should file an appeal with the Committee. They will have you come to the next meeting, and you can discuss it directly with them. If you do not reach an agreement with the Committee, the next step would be to file an appeal with the Board. All Board decisions are final.
