How does the Compliance team check for violations and how often?

We are in every neighborhood no less than four (4) days each week, including the night patrol team. We do visual inspections of all sides of the property. We do this from the street, sidewalk, or common area. We do not go onto private property. We also use Google Maps, Zillow, or other public sites and receive photos from your neighbors.
