What are the rules for decorations or yard art?

Holiday decorations can be placed out three (3) weeks before the holiday and must be taken down within two (2) weeks after. The only exception to that is the winter holiday season. Decorations may be put up from November 1st and must come down by January 31st. If you want to put something out and leave it up for an extended amount of time or even year-round, you will need to submit a Home Modification application to the Design Review Committee.
