2. How do I register for an event?

In order to register for an event through CivicRec, you must be a resident of The Village at Vistancia. You can set up your account and register for events on CivicRec here. If you need help using CivicRec, please reference our guide here.

3. How do I get notified about event registration?

Event registration is announced on Mondays in our Lifestyle eNews. Make sure you are signed up for our eNews so you can be one of the first ones on the list, especially for the signature events that sell out quickly.

4. I was put on a waitlist. Now what?

If you were added to a waitlist, that means that registration for an event is currently full. You will be contacted by a member of the Lifestyle Team if a spot opens up for you to attend.

5. Can I purchase event tickets on the day of the event?

Any events that require a fee, will require residents to register prior to the event. Same-day sales are not accepted for larger signature events like Eggstravaganza, Hallowscream, and Santa's Village. This ensures that the Lifestyle Team can properly plan for the number of residents attending the event and also so that anyone who is not a resident of the community can't access the event.
