1. Is there a limit to how often I can receive an overnight parking variance?

Yes. Residents are limited in the number of variance requests they will be granted; long-term variances are available for those who demonstrate need. Contact Covenants Coordinator Stephanie De Alba for more information.

2. Can I park my RV or trailer on the street?

Yes, but only with a variance. Residents are allowed to park these large vehicles on the street for four nights (non-consecutively) per month.

3. I received a violation letter for a car that isn’t mine. What should I do?
